When you book an appointment with us, the timeslot and a stylist are especially set aside just for you. We understand that things come up, but if you cancel with insufficient notice or simply do not show up, we are unable to fill that space. That’s why we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments.

We all run late from time to time, but at Vogue we always strive to always deliver an exceptional service on time because we respect each and every one of our clients.

• If you are late to your appointment, please understand we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so that our next client is not disadvantaged in any way.
• If you are using a voucher and do not show up for your appointment, your voucher will be forfeited.
• All clients are sent a reminder text or email 48 hours prior to your appointment. Clients who haven’t responded will be phoned 24 hours before their appointment to confirm the booking.
• If you miss more than 3 appointments, we will require pre-payment of your service.
• All appointments made for 3 or more people will require a 50% deposit made at the time of booking.
• The booking of free or complimentary services on Saturday and Sunday is subject to staff availability and at the discretion of management.
• New clients who DO NOT SHOW for their appointment, and do not make contact with us, will not be permitted to rebook.
• All appointments made for 2+ hours in duration will require a 50% deposit made at the time of booking.
• All appointments made for Sunday will incur a 10% surcharge and require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
• All new Clients will be required to pay 50% deposit to secure booking.
